New York Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

New York's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.  Since our inception in 2000, the most utilized reporting forms have come from the following agencies.  Other forms can be added upon request.

Paper Certified Payroll Reports & Statements of Compliance

• New York Department of Labor - Bureau of Public Work
• New York City School Construction Authority
• The City of New York, Office of the Comptroller - Division of Labor Law
• The New York City Housing Department
• New York State Department of Transportation (added April 2012)
• MTA/NYC Transit 2006-2014 Capital Program (added April 2012)
• The U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347

Electronic certified payroll filing compatibility with:

• TRS Consultant's Inc./Hill International Labor Compliance program for New York City School Construction Authority.
• New York State Department of Transportation EBO (Equitable Business Opportunity) - (added April 2012).
• LCPtracker Labor Compliance program

You will be able to select and use each of these forms and/or electronic file formats on a job-by-job basis.

Additionally, the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey also has it's own special EEOC Report, which must be submitted on a monthly basis.
